Our website Diamondaffair.com and deliveries are currently running as normal however please note that your delivery may be affected by Royal Mail’s Industrial Strike Action. We anticipate that there will be unprecedented delays and we appreciate your patience during these times.
We would urge all of our customers, if ordering gifts, to choose the Next Day Delivery service during this period as orders will be shipped by courier service, avoiding any potential delays.

UK Shipping:
Orders are dispatched from the Diamond Affair warehouse within 24-48 hours of ordering unless otherwise stated. All orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order.
All UK orders are shipped via Parcelforce or Royal Mail or as otherwise requested by the purchaser and can be tracked. All orders will require a signature.
Should you be in an immediate rush for your order, please drop us a line and we will do our best to get it delivered to you ASAP!
Due to the majority of our product range being of a fragile nature, we ask that customers check their orders for breakage within 48 hours of receipt. In the unlikely event of a breakage, we would ask for a photograph and a replacement would be issued.
International Orders:
International orders are shipped with Parcelforce or UPS and are all trackable.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

All UK orders are shipped on a 1-2 day delivery service.
International orders usually take 5-7 days for delivery.
